title signWe strive to be "creative, specialized, active," to offer revenue services of top quality and carry out the following plans:

  1. To keep promoting an e-learning, lifelong learning platform, to provide synchronous and non-synchronous learning environments, to broaden channels for land tax publicity and to offer taxpayers lifelong learning opportunities.
  2. To actively promote "localized Network" to combine community resources, such as the heads of villages and neighborhoods from all the disaster areas, to automatically offer assistance on filing disaster reports and to be a real part of the public.
  3. To organize an "Off-Day Tax-Filing Community Service Team" and "Non-Stop Services on Sundays - Tax Filing Service Station" to help people file tax during the income tax return filing period, thus creating a positive interaction with the public.
  4. To construct a special corner for electronic filing, income basic tax, and for tax agents,as well as a discussion area for taxation through the Internet and a forum for expressing public opinion on our information web.
  5. To conduct outsourcing services for information security monitoring executed by specialized manufacturers with SOC central office, to monitor all the information facilities of our administration 24 hours a day and to conduct permeability tests and vulnerability scanning on a regular basis. Our administration joined the performance of simulating defending and offending information security held by our Government in 2005, without any record of being hacked.
  6. Our general services counter offers services for all kinds of applications and enquires to fulfill our goal of one stop services to save time for taxpayers.

title signContinuing to promote general services counters and offer nationwide services

  In order to offer convenience to taxpayers, we have set up a general services counter at every branch and office with the purpose of integrating the most common application and enquiry items from taxpayers. In addition, we offer nationwide services for some of enquiries and certification issuance through the Internet, and adopt one stop services to provide instant services as well as convenience, to fulfill our goal of "one place to receive all various applications, complete services all the way through."

  title signPutting emphasis on tax education and publicity in order to promote overall honesty in tax filing
  The purposes of tax education and publicity are to conserve the public's right to know and to actively assist enterprises or taxpayers, offering them instant, professional and highly qualified taxation services, by organizing tax workshops and culture and art programs, and to publicize the public correct concepts of taxation in order to achieve overall honesty in tax-filing.
 

title signAdvocating the six reduction movement in order to upgrade administration efficiency and governing quality
  1. Procedure-Reduction-Movement: Promote procedure simplification and operations reforms, as well as simplify current work.
  2. Form-Reduction-Movement: Review the necessity of all kinds of documentation,perform Internet functions efficiently, and fulfill the simplification    of documentation.
  3. Stamp-Reduction-Movement: Review the procedure of case solving with all the relevant sections as well as uses of sealing stamps.
  4. Meeting-Reduction-Movement: Upgrade negotiation efficiency, and replace meetings by phone calls or fax.
  5. Talk-Reduction-Movement: Hold communication skill workshops to improve telephone answering efficiency
  6. Writing-Reduction-Movement: Offer word processing training courses to reduce the use of redundant words in governmental documents.
